DIY Supplies
Art is meant to be inspiring! Through my work I hope to inspire your creative spark and encourage thoughtfulness and innovation. Below are some of my favorite tools and supplies that have helped fuel my craft!
Handheld Steamer
Steaming your yarn will clean, straighten and set your yarn free from wrinkles. A true game changer when it comes to making guest-ready art.
Stringing Racks
When it comes to creating a stress-free craft environment, I highly suggest these work racks for ease of use, mobility and measurement. Set your dowel high or low to accommodate your chosen length; tie your marking string on the same square on each side for a clean and concise cut!
Swiffer Duster
The famed question: "But how do I keep my wall hanging clean?!" The best tool for removing dust and debris is this simple Swiffer Duster. Simply brush in flow of the fibers for a clean, static-free wall hanging.

Hand Drill
So you want to try your hand at some interactive wall decor? You're going to need a good hand drill to make way for your anchor strands! This brand is tried and true, comes with two batteries and a charging port, but feel free to use what's best for you.
Drill Bits
You won't get far in your drill project without some drill bits. I use the 5/64 size for most everything!

Metal Punch
My metal punch was fashioned from an old MAC tool (shoutout to my blue collar husband), but yours doesn't have to be! This metal punch will work just as well, if not better, for putting your anchor strands in their place.

Tape Measure
A simple, though often overlooked element to creating a cohesive wall hanging. Let your OCD run away with you, it's craft time!
Sandpaper
Splinters are the things of nightmares. Make sure you and your loved ones are spared by sanding your dowels front and back before beginning your project.

Fabric Glue
Where would I be without Aleene's?
This fabric glue is great for adhering your anchor strands, beads, charms and accessories. A little goes a long way, so this 3-pack should be all you need!

Gorilla Glue
If bling is your thing, you're going to need some Gorilla Glue to ensure success in attaching gold chains to your wall hanging. This pen design is the best for ensuring accurate application into your anchor holes. You'll need to be generous in your application, so this 2-pack will get you going!
Gold Satellite Chains
These pocket-friendly gold plated chains are a great option for adding some sparkle to your next project. Mount them in-dowel or in swoop fashion to make your wall hanging that much more YOU.
6mm Brown Beads
If you plan to try my in-dowel mounting process, you'll need these 6mm beads for your anchor strands! Follow them with the 8mm tan beads and you're well on your way to creating your own piece of interactive wall decor.
8mm Tan Beads
Follow the 6mm brown bead with an 8mm tan bead to create my signature anchor strand look. Don't love it? That's okay! Use whatever bead combo calls to you to create a piece that's uniquely yours!
Celestial Charms
Beads, chains and charms - oh my! I'm a details kinda girl, so when it comes to creating a wall hanging that feels like mine, I go all in with personalized charms. This set has caught a lot of my client's hearts, maybe they will catch yours too.
Ornamental Trim Dowel
Your choice of dowel can make or break a design. You want to create a frame that is both subtle, yet stunning, and this ornamental trim piece is my personal choice to achieve that balance.
